My friend, Tony, is a huge fan of best selling author Terry Pratchett and commissioned me to paint his portrait, hoping he would meet Terry one day.

Tony finally got to meet Terry Pratchett in May 2014 after 5 years of waiting.

I heard Terry was attending a book launch at a book shop in Somerset. Tony met me there and we waited for Terry to arrive.

Terry was wonderful and chatted to the group of fans who were there.

Unfortunately due to health issues with his eyes, Terry was unable to write so he couldn't autograph the painting but kindly posed for a photo with Tony and myself.
