After 30 hours of work on the portrait, I travelled to London for the premiere of the film 'Knight And Day' in July 2010.

After a 3 hour journey I arrived at Leicester Square at 10am,

I waited all day with the fans and made some nice new friends. At 5.30pm Tom Cruise arrived.

He was incredibly generous with his time, spending over 3 hours signing autographs for every fan there and chatting with everybody.

It was 8pm when he reached the area I was standing, and he signed my painting and very kindly posed for a photo for me, which is rare for an actor to do at a premiere, let alone after signing autographs for nearly 3 hours.
